Privacy and data deletion
Request deletion of your ride-related personal data using the same email address and phone number you used when placing the order.
How this works
Your request is stored securely and processed by our privacy retention job across operators. Matching ride records are anonymized rather than deleted where legal or accounting records must be preserved.
Because this is a private GDPR process, you will not receive a completion notification. Once processed, the relevant personal data will be anonymized.
